We use the Raytools laser cutting head,for now,95% Chinese suppliers use this brand.More stable than others.
But some customers do not know about the laser head,sometimes there will be with some problems,need to check it.
High nozzle temperature during machining
Failure reason
Firstly, offset in pairs.
Secondly, Protect lens pollution.
Thirdly,focus lens or collimated lens pollution.
Fourthly,Optical fiber pollution.
How to solve it?
Firstly, check whether the offset, if there is offset, to adjust.
Secondly,remove the protection lens inspection, pay attention to protect the lens seat after removal must use the paper to live cutting head leakage empty position. Do not remove the protective mirror seat after blowing gas.
Thirdly,Check the internal optical lens of cutting head.

Firstly,The ceramic body with damaging and loosing.
Secondly,damaging and loosing.
Thirdly,The nozzle connection body touches the damage.
Fourthly,Signal line problem.
How to solve it?
Firstly,check whether the ceramic body, nozzle with damaging and loosing. if there is damaging or loosing, the replacement and reinforcement.
Secondly, after remove the ceramic body and nozzle, check the cutting head ceramic installation position contact. if there is damage, you need to contact the supplier for replacement.
Thirdly,Check if the signal cable is disconnected.
If there is no obvious damage, you can use the multimeter after the engineer under the guidance of the specific inspection.
